Wastewater, sewage water or drainage water?
In Sharjah the three terms are used almost interchangeably, and for most customers the tanker that arrives is the same. The distinction matters mainly for disposal. Sewage water is what comes from toilets and bathrooms and goes into a septic or holding tank. Wastewater is the wider term that also covers water from sinks, washing, cleaning and industrial processes. Drainage water usually means water that has collected where it should not — a flooded yard, a full sump, a pit on a site. We remove all three, and anything we cannot accept we will tell you about before the tanker leaves.
