Scheduled collection

Regular Drainage Tanker Service in Sharjah

A fixed interval, sized to your tank rather than to a guess, so the tank never gets near full and nobody has to remember to call.

Or dial direct: +971 54 246 3788

Almost every emergency we attend was avoidable. A tank does not overflow suddenly; it fills at a predictable rate and then reaches the top on the one day nobody was watching. The people who never call us in a panic are the ones on a schedule — a villa on a fixed interval, a labour camp collected weekly, a restaurant whose grease chamber is done before it becomes a problem. The tanker is the same tanker. The difference is that it comes on a date instead of after a phone call at eleven at night.

Setting this up takes one conversation. Tell us the tank capacity, how many people use it and what the property is, and we will propose an interval with a margin built in. If the first couple of visits show the tank arriving fuller or emptier than expected, we change the interval rather than leaving you on a number that was only ever an estimate.

What the job includes

  • A fixed collection interval — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly
  • The interval sized to your tank capacity and actual occupancy, with a margin
  • The same tankers and crews as our one-off work, at a planned time
  • Tank interior cleaning on the schedule, not only emptying
  • Discharge at a municipality treatment plant, with receipts on request
  • The interval reviewed and adjusted when your usage changes

How we work out your collection interval

There is no standard frequency, and anyone who quotes you one without asking about your property is guessing. Four things decide it, and we need all four.

  • Tank capacity — the nominal size, in gallons or litres
  • Usable capacity — what is left after any settled solids, which is why a tank that has only been pumped and never cleaned needs collecting more often each year
  • Daily inflow — how many people use the property, and whether there are kitchens, showers or wash-down on top of ordinary domestic use
  • A safety margin — we target collection at well under full, not at the brim, because occupancy fluctuates and a tank at capacity has no room for a bad week

Who a fixed schedule actually suits

Scheduled collection is not right for everything. A property whose usage is genuinely unpredictable is better served by calling when it needs us. But for anything where the inflow is steady and an overflow would be expensive or embarrassing, a schedule is cheaper than the alternative and far less stressful.

  • Labour camps and worker accommodation, where the fill rate follows headcount — see labour camp drainage
  • Restaurants, cafeterias and food outlets, where the chamber fills with grease on a predictable curve — see commercial drainage
  • Apartment buildings and staff accommodation with a building holding tank and no one person tracking it
  • Villas and compounds on a septic or holding tank — see septic tank services
  • Construction sites with site toilets and welfare units for the duration of the works — see construction site drainage
  • Factories and workshops producing wash-down or process water at a steady rate

What a schedule saves you

The obvious saving is the emergency call-out you do not make. The less obvious ones matter more over a year: no lost production while a site waits for a tanker, no closed kitchen, no cleanup after an overflow, and no slow degradation of a tank that is being emptied too late each time. A tank kept within its working range stays at its working capacity; a tank repeatedly run to the brim does not.

If your tank has been left a long time, the first visit is usually a proper clean rather than a routine emptying — see sewage tank cleaning. After that the schedule keeps it there.

Why customers choose us for this

  • The interval is calculated, not guessed

Tank capacity, real occupancy and a margin. If the first visits prove it wrong, we change it rather than leave you on it.

  • Twelve tankers means the date holds

A schedule is only worth anything if the vehicle actually comes. Fleet size is what stops your slot being swallowed by someone else's emergency.

  • Emergencies still answered

Being on a schedule does not put you in a queue. If something goes wrong between visits, you call the same number and we come.

Compliance

Every load leaves licensed — and lands legally

Illegal discharge is the risk sitting behind every tanker hire in the UAE, and it is the customer who gets asked about it. Here is exactly what happens to your waste after our tanker pulls away.

  • Discharged at the municipality treatment plant

Every load we collect is discharged at the Sharjah Municipality sewage treatment plant in Al Sajaa. Nothing goes into storm drains, open ground or anywhere else.

  • Permitted tankers, licensed drivers

Our tankers carry Sharjah Municipality wastewater transport permits, and every vehicle is driven by an appropriately licensed heavy-vehicle driver.

  • Discharge receipt on request

Ask and we will hand over the discharge receipt from the treatment station — the proof facility managers and main contractors need for their own compliance files.

  • Third-party liability insured

The work is covered by third-party liability insurance, so your building or site is protected if anything goes wrong on the job.

Questions about Regular Tanker Service

How often will you need to come?
It depends on your tank capacity, how many people use the property, and whether the tank has ever been properly cleaned. Most villas land between monthly and quarterly; labour camps and busy food outlets are usually weekly or fortnightly. Call +971 54 246 3788 with those details and we will give you a real figure.
Is a contract cheaper than calling each time?
Per visit it is comparable, but over a year it almost always costs less, because the visits you are paying for are planned ones rather than emergency call-outs after an overflow. We will confirm the price before anything is agreed.
Can we change or pause the schedule?
Yes. Occupancy changes — a camp between projects, a building over the summer, a site that finishes. Tell us and we will adjust the frequency or pause it. We would rather reset the interval than keep collecting from a tank nobody is filling.
What if the tank fills early and we need you before the next visit?
Call +971 54 246 3788 and we will come. A schedule is a baseline, not a limit, and being on one does not put you behind anyone else when something goes wrong.
