Drainage Tanker Service in Al Nahda
Al Nahda does not have villa problems. It has basement sumps, grease chambers under a row of restaurants, and stacks that back up into the lowest floor of a tower.

Al Nahda is the densest part of Sharjah — towers packed along the Dubai border with a ground floor of restaurants, cafés and salons under almost every one of them. Hardly anybody here calls us about a septic tank. What they call about is standing water in a basement car park, a grease chamber that has not been pumped in a year and is now backing up into a kitchen, or a holding tank in a service area that nobody has checked since the building was handed over. Those are the jobs, and on most of them the access is harder than the pumping.
Getting to Al Nahda is the easy part. Parking a 5,000-gallon tanker there at seven in the evening is not. We work this district early in the morning and late at night as a matter of routine, because that is when the tanker can stand where it needs to stand and the job can be done properly instead of rushed from a bad position half a street away.

What we handle in Al Nahda
- Basement car park and service-area standing water removal
- Building holding and sewage tank emptying for towers and apartment blocks
- Restaurant, café and salon grease chamber pumping and cleaning
- Blocked chamber and backed-up stack clearance
- Night and early-morning collections when the street is clear
The three calls we get most in Al Nahda
Nearly every Al Nahda job is one of the three below. They look different but they share a cause: a building with far more people and far more kitchens in it than anyone plans maintenance for.
- Grease chambers under food outlets — pumped late, so the kitchen floor gully backs up first. See drainage cleaning.
- Basement car parks and service corridors holding water after a washdown, a burst line or heavy rain
- Building holding tanks in a service yard that has no owner in practice, only a caretaker who inherited it
- Blocked inspection chambers between the building and the street, backing up into the lowest units
Why we would rather come at midnight
A tanker needs a position, a hose run and a few clear metres around it. In Al Nahda, between five in the afternoon and midnight, none of those exist. Booking the collection for 1am or 6am is not us being awkward — it is the difference between a crew that can reach the chamber properly and a crew working at the end of an over-extended hose from the only space they could find.
It costs no more than a daytime visit, the restaurants are closed, the loading bay is free, and nobody loses a parking space over it. If you manage a building or a food outlet here, ask for the night slot. For a standing arrangement, see regular drainage tanker service and commercial drainage.
Why Al Nahda calls us
We plan around the parking
In Al Nahda the hard part is where the tanker stands. We book the hour that makes the job possible instead of turning up and improvising.
Grease is treated as its own job
A grease chamber that is skimmed rather than cleaned out is full again in weeks. We take the solids, not just the liquid.
Night work at the same price
Overnight and early-morning collections are normal here, and we do not charge extra for the hour that suits you.
Compliance
Every load leaves licensed — and lands legally
Illegal discharge is the risk sitting behind every tanker hire in the UAE, and it is the customer who gets asked about it. Here is exactly what happens to your waste after our tanker pulls away.
Discharged at the municipality treatment plant
Every load we collect is discharged at the Sharjah Municipality sewage treatment plant in Al Sajaa. Nothing goes into storm drains, open ground or anywhere else.
Permitted tankers, licensed drivers
Our tankers carry Sharjah Municipality wastewater transport permits, and every vehicle is driven by an appropriately licensed heavy-vehicle driver.
Discharge receipt on request
Ask and we will hand over the discharge receipt from the treatment station — the proof facility managers and main contractors need for their own compliance files.
Third-party liability insured
The work is covered by third-party liability insurance, so your building or site is protected if anything goes wrong on the job.

Questions from Al Nahda customers
- Can you clear standing water from a basement car park?
- Yes. Basement and service-area water removal is one of the most common jobs we do in Al Nahda. We remove it into the tanker and take it away rather than pushing it into the nearest drain. If one load will not clear it, we send a second tanker.
- There is nowhere for a tanker to park on our street. What happens?
- We book the job for a time when there is. Early morning and overnight slots are routine in Al Nahda and cost no more than a daytime visit. Tell us the building and the nearest access point and we will tell you what hour will work.
- Our restaurant grease trap keeps backing up. Is pumping enough?
- Usually not on its own. If a chamber is only skimmed, the settled grease and solids stay behind and it refills faster each time. We pump it out and clean it down, then suggest an interval based on how much it had in it. Call +971 54 246 3788 and describe the outlet.
- Who arranges the tanker for a tower — the owner or the tenant?
- Whoever is responsible for the tank, which for a building is normally the owners association, the building manager or the caretaker. We are happy to set up a single arrangement for the whole building and deal with one contact rather than unit by unit.
